The FeedRoom provides customers with a range of basic and premium support services, including comprehensive telephone and email support, a self-service portal and optional 24X7 support packages.
Our unparalleled customer care includes technical support from our team of experienced product specialists, a wide array of product documentation and technical bulletins, and access to the most recent software upgrades and patches through our Software as a Service (SaaS) and flexible software maintenance programs. To ensure maximum user productivity, The FeedRoom also offers a variety of online and classroom training options.

Log in to our Customer Center to find helpful solutions to the most commonly asked questions, browse our documentation library to download product manuals, technical bulletins and troubleshooting guides, and submit technical issues or questions via our easy-to-use, online case tracking system.

Telephone Support
Standard telephone support is available 8 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. holidays. Support requests submitted outside of regular business hours will be replied to the following business day, unless a 24X7 support option is purchased.
